We got a call in July of 2014 from Zion Capital Fiance. We sent in 1995.00 to them for closing cost. I have yet to get our money they promised for our timeshare. However, a man named Cody Reynolds called me back after months of not hearing from them and said everything was good , that was in September and I have talked to Cody several time including in December which he said our buyers had signed the papers and he was just waiting on the attorney to send them to him and we would get our money. He sound very convincing and assuring. I cannot believe they are doing this to people. We have not our money yet and it sounds like we won't ! Very pissed.
I recieved a Call from Cody also after not hearing from them for months with the same story that the Attorney has sent the paper work and they package is in. Now they want us to send them $500 for the taxes on the Quick Claim Deed and $600 for the Title Insurance. I am not going to play that game with them. I have already lost the 1995.00 they asked for upfront. "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me."
People.. stop giving these crooks money. Its a scam, you're feeding the money they need to keep pulling this off. If someone is interested in your time share why not find out there info and contact them directly or vise versa.
I paid this company since September of 2014 and was promised tat this will take 90 days no more . It is now almost 120 days and I cant hear from these people. They are very dishonest as their phones are now out of service.
