University of Phoenix has an 602 area code, this in not them, they are in Arizona but not Phoenix

Why is there no recourse for this type of harrassment?  This idiot is using up my cell phone minutes.  Not only that, but when he did speak to me he was rude and condescending.  I think he gets some sort of sick thrill from it.  I bet he is some loser that cannot socialize any other way.  Stop calling loser just showing your ignorance.

I believe this is a telemarketing group offering on-line education. You do not need to answer.

I have gotten a call from this number 3x's a day for the past week and a half. It is really starting to piss me off. I am also getting calls from an 'unknown' caller who calls almost as much as this person
