Called the number back.  Turns out it's a financial service company.

This is a call from a financial service company for Thousand Trails Campground membership dues.

I get one to four calls a day from this number.  I called it back this morning and it is routed through a National Bank in California as it brought me to an 818 area code number.  I ended up calling customer service or something like that at the bank n the San Gabriel Valley.

Call real early this am here in Newfoundland, Canada; there was no message left, it woke me up
