Same routine. They call, u don't answer, they do not leave voice mail. I immediately block these numbers so they go straight to voicemail if they call again. Don't bother answering, it's just another douche-bag wasting your time.
I "won" another free 3 day stay at any Marriott hotel. They have called several times today using different 480 numbers. I may start ignoring calls I don't recognize.
This is a spammer. They are calling my business phone. Which is on the worthless do not call list. Leave no message and hang up when answered. I learned these guys have a new method of calling from who knows what country and routing it through your local area code. I get more than a dozen of these morons in a day. i would give anything to be able to do something to these people.
I'm in Phoenix and 480 is a Phoenix area code. So I answered...automated female gave the crap about her headset not working. I hungup and blocked the number. I get these often with the same setup. No idea what can actually be done to stop them all together from annoying everyone. But, if you have an iPhone, you can block these idiots. From the recent call log, scroll all the way to the bottom of their call and tap "Block this Caller". They'll wind up calling from another number eventually, but it at least stops them one number at a time.
Just got a call, no message left. So frustrating because I am hoping for a call from a company I submitted my a job application to, but I don't want to answer due to these stupid scammers
