SERIOUSLY [***] CITIZENS BANK!!!! [***] EM [***] THE CITIZEN [***] OVERDRAFTING, RUDE [***] MOTHA [***]. I HATE THIS BANK.
I was a member for 3 years and nothing good came from this bank i signed up for overdraft protection just to get some random $10 fee that takes it out of your checking to your saving and i had no idea about this fee so i call them up and what do they say "Oh this shouldn't have happened". Then i close my savings account and they they never cared to tell me i must make it a zero balance or else i get hit with a $1 fee??!?!?! SERIOUSLY WTF this bank is 100% [***] and are not there to help but to just scam and [***] people over their money.

They called asked for my husband by name, when he said it was him they hung up. Called them back and it states we cannot take your call right now please leave your account number, name, and phone number and we will call you back.
They answered as Consumer Counseling.
Call every day twice a day. Collectors on car note. Rude, obnoxious and vile CSRs trying to collect on accounts after only 7 days past due. If it didn't take them 3 weeks to process a payment then they would save everyone's time and sanity.
