CID for 480-648-1559 showed PHOENIX, AZ. Only 2 rings on my cell and then the caller hung up before it went to voice mail. Must be one of those scammers who hope you call back to let them know the number they called was valid. They're blocked on my phone so this is the only call I'll be getting from this number.
