This number called me every morning at work before 9:00 am. After I answered the phone, there would be nothing on the other end. I *69'd the number and then put that number in reverse look up on the internet. It came up as unpublished out of Phoenix AZ. I called the number and the person that answered asked my name. I asked why they keep calling my number. She told me to hold and after almost 8 minutes I hung up. I then contacted the Telephone Company and she gave me the name of the Company. I want to be put on their "Do not call" list.
The amazing thing about these people is they continue to call from more and more different numbers after I block the first one. Completely different area codes. These clowns have also called from 937-534-2167 and 800-945-6596. Can't wait to see what number they'll call from tomorrow.
I actually called the 800 number back a while ago and requested off their list after I found out that the person they were trying to reach doesn't even live here. I'm amazed that they can get away with harrassing people 4 times a day like this without even contacting the right people and apparently they've been doing it for years.
I just got a call from this number-if this is indeed Ge moneybank, then it's not the first time I got a call from these crazy people. Of course, all the calls have been from different numbers. I do not have any account with whatever credit cards they issue, I do not owe anyone any money (heck, my income won't even qualify me for any credit card). Why do you think they're calling me? BTW, I never pick up or answer calls from suspicious numbers. Thank goodness for caller iD.
These people are IGNORANT at the best. They call my cell phone ALL DAY from various numbers, looking for someone I do not know. I've told them EVERY TIME that they need to stop calling this number and get a life. I had to threaten them today with contacting an attorney if they do not take my cell number off their records immediately. It is GE Money.
I recommend to everyone to find out how to make a formal complaint against them. I am doing so now.
Only 4 times a day? They have called me from at least 5 different phone numbers starting at 0800 and ending at 2000 hours. ALL DAY every hour. I've told them repeatedly that the person they want does not belong to my phone number. They are IGNORANT. I don't know how many times or how many people I have told this to, but they don't take the number out of their systems. Either that or the different places have different systems, except that the same numbers call every day. I finally got pissed off enough today after they woke me up and told them that if they do not stop calling this number I would contact a lawyer and file a lawsuit.
