I get calls all the time from GE Money even though I am on a payment plan. They keep telling me Im off the plan but if I authorize a 40 payment they will put me back on it. They keep switching phone numbers and most of them dont speak English. I have finally put them as no ringer on my phone. They never leave a message. Calls come all day long. I am really sick of them and I told them that
I sent a certified letter with a return receipt to the GE Money Bank address that is listed on the BBB's website. They should be receiving it tomorrow. I have a feeling I still will be getting calls from their dozens of numbers, even when I have asked them to stop with their phone calls.
