This is from ADP payroll services. They are legitimate and I requested information regarding their services. I was checking the number because I didn't know who was calling me from Pennsylvania.
Someone from "ADP" called the land line at my house at 8:15am this morning and acted like it was an emergency. She requested, by name, to speak to me or my husband. I asked her if she was selling an alarm system, as the call seemed very "sales" oriented. She said no, but DEMANDED if my husband or I was there. When I told her to continue, she DEMANDED to know if I was (my name). Again, she was acting like the call was for an emergency matter. I simply hung up. So far, she has not called back.
For those who say it is a legitimate sales call, WHAT? ADP NEVER needs to be calling private citizen's phone numbers. They are a business service that, say your job, has contracted with to provide payroll, etc business services for them. In my opinion, it is not for real. Keep reporting them. If they actually "get" you for something, report it to your attorney general's office or the local news stations and ask them to investigate it.
they just called and left a voice message for Michael saying Michael owes them $ for Payroll services. I had this phone for 5 years now and this is the VERY FIRST time someone called looking for Michael. I don't know any Michael. I also don't use any payroll services; I work for someone, I don't own a company or business.
Caller from this number called and did not leave a message. When I attempt to return the call I get a recording which says the number or code you have dialed is incorrect.
