I spoke to the rep and asked if he worked for ADP. He paused, then answered he was affiliated with ADP. Then I asked in what way. He replied "We're an affiliate" but would never give me the name of the affiliate or whether ADP owned them.
These guys call me every single day from this number. I tell them I am not interested and somebody else will call the following day. I just opened an internet business and there are 2 companies wanting to help my search ratings and other ones are calling for card merchant services. I scream at these people and they still call. I just hit ignore on my phone like 4 times daily now.
I received a call and checked with ADP if this is really a legitimate number. They dialed the number back, talked to them and told me that this is somebody that sells products for them.
This phone number is an outgoing number for caller id. If you received a call from this number you could be a client of ADP, a business within the U.S (or at least the # is listed so from our lead sources, phone book, phone company or third party), or like JM said, you went onto our website and requested that ADP give you a call. ADP sales is structured by zip code and there would be no reason for anyone from ADP giving you multiple calls if you are not interested it would be a complete waste of time for you "the business owner" and the ADP sales representative covering your area. There are multiple departments in the ADP office so it could be for payroll, workers comp, group health, and retirement plans for companies ranging from 1 employee to 1000+. Research ADP, they are a fortune 300 company and one of the only AAA rated companies out there. If you are a previous poster and mention that you are getting calls every day from this phone number that is not the truth. Thank you!
