I have received these same type of calls and it is a scam. I was able to get them to leave me alone by telling that I reported this to the Federal trade commision and the local police department. I did this and also had a friend who is a attorney call them and let them know this is illegal and that they will be found and charged if they continue to call and harrass me. They have not called me since. they will continue to call you unless you stand up to them and let them know that you will not fall for their scam. Mike Scott just called me left a message insisting that I call him or my lawyer calles him. Told me the same thing that I must western union him money or I will get arrested.
Mr. Patrick Davis called me and said that if I did not pay out of court that I would be taken to court and if so then they would have me arrested at my work place or at my home. They said it was part of Us National Bank. They also had my ss# and my name.
