they have been calling me non stop, back to back. and when i tell them to stop calling they call me a [***] and tell me to shut up

I called state police and they said it is happening but there is nothing they can do.  They feel we are not in danger because these people call and do not actually go to houses.  They did throated to come to my house or work with subpoenas.  What do we do? The FBI has this listed on their website and I filed a complaint with them too.
