This company, RMS has been calling my cell for about 6 months now, and I never pick up. They have left debt collection voicemails on my phone, for a person who is not me, in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I have saved these voicemails.
They clearly are calling multiple wrong people and harrasing them which is another violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I am going to forward this information to my State's Attorney General (VA). If you are receiving these calls in error, you should also notifiy your State's AG.
the 1800-300-4522 kept calling me all day today yesterday I filed a comp on them to BBB and called the RMS today told them to stop herassing me and they been reported as well to BBB
