When you get the welcome packet and if you choose not to go with it, you MUST contact them. THIS MEANS THAT WHEN THEY SEND THE WELCOME PACKET OUT TO LOSE YOU HAVE ALREADY JOINED.

We belong to a co-op, who wasn't even on the list of companies he rattled through. Ugh. what horse [***]. send your rebate checks to magic fairy land, because that's the only place there good for!
I just keep getting calls from these people who just keep hanging up on me and my husband they keep using different type phone number and sometimes they wake us out of our sleep no manners or respect I really would love for them to stop doing this it is very annoying and I take care of my sick mom I don't have time for their dumb stuff I don't even know how they got my number Leetta
Keep gettin call from them on my business phone ! Do not give them any information or they gonna boost ur electric bill. One of my friends electric bill went from 80 to almost 500 dollars ... Also u cant call them back either
Daily calls with lots of hangups and sales people promising rebate checks. They ask for my electric bill info so they can send check and welcome package. I tell them no thanks and hang up because this sounds like a scam to me.
