Frequent calls (now blocked) with no VM or a one-word message ("star" or "hello" in Visual VM)

Calls for Mandy Martin ...have told them a dz times it is the wrong number

This number keeps calling me but I dont answer when I tried calling it back it says its an invalid number

they call every dsy . When I answer I can not understand anything they say.

They call up to 5 times a day. I have cursed them out repeatedly. They just come back for more. They left one message once with just saying hello.  The number on the phone comes up as Newtown Squa PA.
