The same person in with a middle eastern accent calls about every day. Sometimes several times a day. When I accept the call I hear a phone ring once and then he comes on and asks for my daughter. She's married and doesn't have my name anymore, so I tell them that person doesn't exist, I ask what they want from her, I tell them they have the wrong number but all they do is hang up and call back again. I haven't blocked them yet because some part of me wants to get to the bottom of it.
The only hint I have of a purpose for the calls is The second or third call I think they said something about an extended warrantee or something like that.
called 6 times Monday starting at 6 am, called back not a good number. answered at 6 am on Tuesday, supposedly United states automible care, out of Atlanta Georgia. Cant find any records of this company. Gave me a call back number that went to Martha stewart in Iowa. they just wanted to confirm info, and I assume sign me up for insurance leads. They would get about $8 for every company they sell to. They say over and over again that they are not selling anything so they are not telemarketers and unfornatly I think they are correct.
I finally answered this call to tell them they can not call at 630 in the morning and to remove my number. It's someone oversees selling car insurance. They hung up on me when I told them to remove my number and called again the next morning at 630
