This number keeps calling asking for the Payroll manager. The lady says its regarding payroll tax laws. She hangs up as soon as I put her on hold and she has quite the attitude. Weird.

Seriously these people are so weird. They call and hang up as soon as they are put on hold. She said she was calling from The Center for Employment Law? Not even sure if that is a legit company.
