I just got a call from this number, They are a credit card debt consolidation company. They want to "lower your interest". I press one to talk to a live operator to find out what credit card they were referencing because I have none. When I found out which accts they were talking about I said remove me from your call list and the [***] on the other end whined "Why did you press 1 then" and hung up before I had a chance to answer. I call BS on this.
I got a call I did not recognize from 484-237-9538. Caller I.D. showed Downingtown,PA. I usually let it go to voicemail but when I answered (mistake!) a female (recorded voice) said "Hello ,we are calling about your current credit card account" . I am on the National Do not call list and I am confident it is yet another scam or a violation of F.T.C. Do Not Call Regulations.
I had a missed call from this number, no message left. I called back to find out who it was, and the recording does not say who the caller was, only gives an option to press 1 to be removed from their call list.
Juts recived spam recorded message from my credit card (I have none) for a better rate press 1- etc.
just do not press any button but disconnect call, and put on your block calls list.
