I do have a account with Bank of America but have never disclosed my cell phone number.  I did not reply since I am assuming this is some type of phising scam.

Look at the email address. Is this something that Bank of America would use?

bank of America calls and they say that you have fraudulent activity on your account.  They are just trying to get your account info!

When in doubt, always call the numbers on the back of your card, go to your local branch office in person or call the number listed for your local bank.

And report these calls or texts/emails..
Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

I just got the same text as you.  I don' t have a BOA account.  These are pathetic thieves.
