EVIF in my caller ID.
I found two things of interest for this spam/spoofed/prank lower your credit card robo recording:
1) https://www.localstack.com/biz/evif-little-rock-ar/21458156   some sort of business in Arkansas
2) definitions for the abbreviation of EVIF http://www.abbreviations.com/EVIF
my favorite:  Extremely Vulnerable Individual (One would have to be if accepting anything from these twits!)
