Well I had no idea as to what was going on until I called and verified the information the representative provided me because they contacted me at my old job. Come to find out it was about a defaulted loan my ex husband took out in my name. I contacted my lawyer about the matter for Madison County, verified the information they provided me and we were able to come to an agreement. I was so scared, and it was on my credit report but I just figured it was old so who cares. They were very helpful!!!
