Scammers. No legitimate debt collector will tell you there is an arrest warrant. If there is really going to be a civil process served, a deputy sheriff or court appointed server will show up. They don't call and tell you that someone is coming to your work or home. They aren't showing up. Best is just to not answer. And certainly never, ever call them back. If you do think you need to talk to them, do not give them your social security # or any information. Make them write to you. Don't worry. They won't.
