Who called from 5015157201

I've won a free cruise to the Bahamas nonsense.
I think now this is the 11th number I've blocked from these people.
Just relentless.
Caller ID: cell phone AZ

Someone just called from this number and when you call it back it the recording comes on welcome to Verizon wireless, the number has been changed or disconnected.

Got call on my cell, didn't answer and they left no message. I don't answer calls I don't recognize the number, just delete them.

They cover their butts by saying you've been a customer of theirs before which I WAS NOT. Then the spiel about the cruise discounts, blah blah.

Why does Verizon allow this type of call to go through.  Able to call out, but NOT a working number????????
