Don't know, but I'd bet it's a kitchen-table debt scammer calling from a run down area of Conway Arkansas. At least that's what phone look-up and Google earth shows. Run down area, perfect place for cheap scammers. Could be spoofed though. Might be coming from overseas.
Beware and take care. Some of these scammers are relentless and use scare tactics to try to get money out of you.
