No name in the caller id. Live person with unaccented English offered a special deal in my neighborhood to put up a sign in my yard if I let them install a wireless security system. There was no indication that he knew who I was or where I lived when he called my cell on the DNC list. I told him I'm not a homeowner (which isn't true) so he politely ended the call.

Received a call from this number this morning at about 9:15 am. Was on another call - no voicemail and when I called back, the call was immediately answered by a voicemail that said that Home Security was closed. Weird!
