These are the rudest folks I have ever ran across. EVEN MY EX WIFE IS NICER THAN THEY ARE!Why would I just write a check for some unknown bill because some bossy female calls and yells at me? I reported how they treated me to the person that I figuired had turned my account over to them. They were not happy to hear how they operate. I bet they will lose a customer in teh long run over being just plain mean and rude. Besides who would confirm their SS number over the phone to some one who says she is Ms Helms...that would be DUMB.

just got a call from 800 732 4504 wanting my daughter and saying that she had a serious financial matter that needed to be tended to. They would not give me any information. Just that she must call them. I told them to send me some documentation.
I told them I think it is a scam.

yes they have several alltel landline(aka windstream), verizon, at&t, & several hospital clients in and around arkansas

I received several calls from 800-732-4504.  When I called the number to find out who the number belonged to, I blocked my number but they were still able to see who was calling.  When I asked the name of their company they grudgingly told me it was, "FCS in Little Rock, Arkansas."  They refused to give any other information without you first giving your information.

I used to work at fcs...(for all but ONE WEEK) it was HORRIBLE..... it's a bunch of underpaid undereducated folk using an archaic phone systems to collect debts...My dept. was for AT&T phon book advertiser debts....SOOOOO boring... And get this, whenever we DID get a payment from someone, The company NEVER allowed us to even run your card (didn't trust their own employees) We actually just lied and told the customer that we got the payment, but actually wrote it down on some silly sheet then gave it to our "supervisor" to run at the end of the day....... PATHETIC.... I started at $7/hr...left in a week....HORRIBLE!!!!
