Calls all the time. Never leaves a message

Spam number

Call back gets, "All agents are busy.  Please hold for the next available agent.  This is an attempt to collect a debt and all calls will be recorded."  Then music.  Tried to get male who answered to give me the name of the "company" but he just kept asking for my name the number that was called.  The fact that he wouldn't name the collection agency makes me suspect they are phony.  Read the FTC's advice on fake debt collectors:

It's a legitimate debt collector's phone number.

So -  tell us all about this "legitimate debt collector" - it's physical address, states where licensed, etc... or do we have a SHILL ALERT????
