Who called from 5022871427

This number and others in this group of numbers (502-287-) have been calling my house at 7:30am more than once, which I believe is illegal to call before 8am.  Also, not leaving any messages for anyone. I am reporting these numbers to the FCC.

I have seen this reported as an bill collector who is supposedly an attorney.

ERC , some kind of self proclaim "law office" debt collector. just another bottom feeder

I bought a new cell phone and went with a new phone number in January that apparently came with the past owner's debt collectors. I am *so* tired of calls from Kentucky and, of course being debt collectors, they don't believe you when you tell them the person who used to own the number has moved on.
