I received a call from this number and they left a message asking me to identify myself from two options they provided and also said that the call was regarding suspecious charges on one of my credit card accounts. I did not answer the phone but this definately looks like a scam to me.
This is a robodialer. Identified itself as Jill Scott from Total Health Care. Gave a long sales pitch that I ignored. Just love love love getting these calls on my cell phone.
Just saw I had a missed call from this number, I don't think I have ever received calls from this number before, and I certainly don't know anyone in Oregon. No message.
