Received call to my cell in NY. Did not answer, no message left. Called back in 30 minutes several times and got busy signal. Caller certainly have very low interest speaking with you.
This number called my 12 yr old daughter's phone. I answered it and it was a solicitation for Healthcare Insurance. This is a fairly new number and I've seen it suggested that Google is selling phone numbers attached to Android phones. This is far more likely in this case since my daughter is not using it on line to buy stuff or whatever. The only association she would have is with Google.
