Just got a call from this number and for the first time in years, I picked up, without recognizing who it was./ A recorded female message proceeds to start query and discussing whether or not I have healthcare. I hung up. I thoughts it was illegal to make such phone calls to cell phone numbers.

got a call a lil bit ago from this number as well but didnt answer n they left no message either lmao

Receive a call from this number 2-3 times a week in the morning hours.  Called back and rings once and than goes to a busy signal, who is this?

Likewise, just returned their call but line was busy/dead.
