Wondering if it's someone casing the houses to see if anyone's home so they can rob the place. Wonder why the police aren't checking it out. That's what we pay them fo isn't it. Maybe because it's interstate the F.B.I. should be checking. I guess they just wait till someone is hurt of killed to do anything about it.
