Just received call at 345 pm on wednesday 29 Dec 2011, no one there.. just finished researching and found that thousands of people have been getting call from this number and from 2938, I dont know who this is and dont care, but when you call and then i call you back and you dont answer, something is wrong in %^&*( so pick up the damn phone and state what you want
This is a company that sells active cell phone number lists to marketing houses. Your number is dialed automaticlaly and if you answer, your number is then recorded as "active." Active cell numbers are difficult to obtain, so there is some money to be made by doing this. The only rule to follow always when it comes to your cell phone is to NEVER ANSWER unless you recognize the calling number. That is the only way you can really keep your cell number totally private. If you answered this call from Blue Tech, then your cell number is no longer private.
