Wasting their time is no way to go about not getting calls from them. Everyone forgets these are actual people that are just trying to make a living and get by.
Probably some pice of s*** scam artist scanning for valid number, taking a prefix and running all numbers from 0000 to 9999 and recording which numbers are answered, so the list can be sold to scam artists........
