Very pleasant woman,asking for my son who hasn't lived with me for 20+ years.So,if this is Asset,they do collections for Tuality Community Hospital.I called billing a couple months ago,stating the problem.Just left a message I'm keeping track and WILL sue them for harassment.Why the hell are they calling a 42 year old man's MOM?Sheesh.
They called you before your son hoping you would get all flustered, contact him in a panic, and create false shame. Better still, you could scold your son into "coming out of hiding" on the pretense he cannot be found. This is a well worn collection tactic, deceptive and illegal under FDCPA. If you're in a Canadian province you should have a similar regulation.
my 82 year old grandfather recived a call from this number, when i wasnt home , and rebecca talked him out of a bunch of personal information. next thing i know were getting all these credit card bills in the mail and i talked to the police about it and i guess this is already a well know identity theft operation under investigation
my father got a call from this person same number and she was a bi-tch to him my father is 69 years old and this women needs to be arrested if this is what shes like to everyone he got mad because she was asking for my information about a debt or something in washingtons state....only problume is i dont live up there i live in another state so the fact that they shouldnt have his number for me and the fact only documents from before 2007 when i moved away have me and my number on them theres zero reason this nasty women needs to call and harrass my father. shes and all these others that do this to people need to be stoped.
or we could just turn the table and call them like us repedly on blacked numbers harrassing them...till they get the point...but wait they dont consider what they do harrassment its just a phone call after another and another till ur pissed and till them many times to stop calling...sounds like harrasment to me.
