Phone number is attached to a private seller who sells used cars that are grossly misrepresented. They are based in the Portland and Seattle/Everett area. Receiving calls from this number a couple times a week for the last few weeks. Today, they called twice, left no message, but as soon as the 2nd call rang out, I got a text from the number saying "U tell.me to call u n u don't answer" I replied "I don't know who this is and I don't answer calls if I don't know the number calling". No reply back. Searches say it belongs to a private Verizon customer in Portland Oregon. Other reports say it's a truck dealership. I just want them to go away, please.
Advertised a truck on Craigs list and this guy called right away from Oregon! Couldn't imagine why he'd be interested in an out of state truck. Very pushy! Wanted to send $500 to our paypal accout and rhen fly down here with the rest of the money. The whole thing just sounded suspicious. He talked and talked trying to get my husband to sell it to him. Finally told him to call back in ten minutes and we reaearched his phone number. He never called back. He claimed to have a "trucking company.
