Of the 60+ times that this business has called with no one on the line, a pre-recorded message came through this time.I was able to follow the recording requesting me to update our Google business info so after pressing 1 and then 7,a representative picked up the line,whose name I did not catch.I asked for his supervisor, and was told his name was Cornelius.I was not allowed to speak with him.The rep did not know that I could hear him and his supervisor conversing, but the supervisor pretended that he was not available so that he could not take my call.When I advised the rep that I could hear them, he said to Cornelius that I could hear them the whole time,and he then hung up.These people call EVERY DAY at LEAST 2xper day.I have requested at 10+ times for our number to be removed through their automated system,and months later,it still has not happened.Whenever I get through to a rep to ask to be removed, they just hang up.I have reported them to the FCC because they WILL NOT STOP
