I received a phone call Friday night at 7:53 PM, let the answering machine get the call, beings I did not recognize the caller ID of Gateway Com 503-548-6378. The caller left no message, but did hang on the line, long enough for me to hear a bunch of loud background noise, then they hung up without leaving a message. Who is this caller? Does anyone know how to see whom it is, a business name, almost seems to be a gateway com, com could mean computers. I have had identity theft problems before, when someone used my name and ss # to purchase a computer online, in my name. I think it may have been gateway computers. How come the police did nothing, even ehrn they were provided with a address it was delivered to, and the company even had a signature of delivery. The police are of no help, they let bad people get away with crimes like this. It took me forever to get identity theft off my credit report at the time, and i also had maybe same person, get a qwest cell phone in my name, and delivered to their home address, etc, same scenario... What I don't understand is, If I want a cell phone form qwest, they wanted me to pay a three hundred dollar deposit, how could they get away with no deposit? Makes me believe whomever did this, was an inside job, worked at qwest, my home phone was even with qwest at the time, why did i never see a bill ever for this, when i already was receiving their service on my home monthly phone... strange things happen, then there is addresses, proof of signature deliveries and cops let them get away with it. makes no sense to me. If it was the other way around, something bad i had done, ya know the police would have nailed me for it...
This little [***] called asking for my husband. When I said he was not here and can I take a message. She said "NO" very rudely and hung up. YOU DO NOT DO THAT AT A WOMENS HOUSE. I want to find her and [***] slap her. Who is she and what does she want!
call came in to my cell. I didn't recognize the #, so didn't answer. If it was important or they weren't some crank caller, they would leave a msg. No msg left. Won't answer calls that I don't recognize! How can we put a stop to these slobs??? I'm on the "Do Not Call List" for my cell. This is illegal!!!
I get a call from this same number many times day. Have never been home yet when they call and have not yet tried to call them back. COmes up as Gateway Com
