Who called from 5038367462

I received a text from this number requesting me to reply with a promise "i'll flash my tits lol". Probably a scam number.

I'm from california. I just got one. But it's from 1-210-100-001
and it tells me to text 815 390 7672

Yeah, I'd say it's a scam.

Some Cell phones already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I got the same text on 1/3/15 and it's from the 210 number but asks you to text the 503 number

I got a text message from 950-0 at 11:50 at night on 1/6/15. This is the message (word for word, there were A LOT of misspellings):
