DEBT COLLECTOR, caller ID says "Invalid from LA"

This is a DEBT COLLECTOR asking for a person that does not live here, nor do I know them.  I have had this same phone number for over 12 years.  I asked them to remove me from their list but they keep calling.

This phone # a recording, keeping calling this business asking for someone who has never worked here. We have been authorized to call the Attorney General Office and report this number 504-206-3658 if they continue to call this place of business.

They did not identify themselve when I called back. Ask me about a old bill with Verizon and wanted me to make a payment.
