Two phones in last couple of days, 1st did not answer. Today I answered, this was not a live person, it was a recorded msg, ask if I was "gave my name", if I was that person, press 1, I did this and a pre-recorded message kept repeating...please hold for the next available "representive", until a hangup finally happened.
I normally would not do this, but based on my present situation, thought it may be important. '
WRONG!.....???? Who is this, what do I have to worry about???
Just got this call a few minutes ago. I'm waiting for a call from a lawyer in that area code, and I thought this might be the mystery lawyer. So I took it this time. In my case, they pre-recorded voice sounds very British, almost like received pronunciation and identifies the call as coming from "Kelly D. Smith" (or Kelley, or Kelli or Kellie... so many ways to spell that name). I confirmed that it was me, waited a few minutes and the phone hung up.
I have gotten a call from this number every day for the past 4 days. A british sounding accent and asking me to press 1 if this was my name. I have pressed 4 every day because I am not the person that they are looking for. It says that they are sorry that they called and will remove me from the list.
