Received a call from this phone number 504-378-1560. I did not answer the first time. This morning the phone rang, I answered, they hung up. I called back and let it ring for a long time. Finally I received this message "this is an answering machine." You know this is computer controlled. I am betting that anyone that put their name on a raffle of some sort will be getting these calls. What I need to know is how to block them.
