Received a call from this phone number 504-378-1560. I did not answer the first time. This morning the phone rang, I answered, they hung up. I called back and let it ring for a long time. Finally I received this message "this is an answering machine." You know this is computer controlled. I am betting that anyone that put their name on a raffle of some sort will be getting these calls. What I need to know is how to block them.
I answered today when this number came up, it's Southern Journeys of Tulsa and they're wanting me to sit in on an hour-long lecture type thing. Says it's not about timeshares or land promotion offer.
I set my appointment for Tuesday of next week, 6:30pm. I just got my confirmation email. Guess I'll go sit in and sit there for my chance to win something. They give you power ball entries and a chance to win a 3-day Bahama cruise. The grand prize is $50,000 or a choice of a vehicle up to that amount.. no mention of Chevy.
We entered a "Home Makeover" at the Tulsa Home and Garden Show this year at the expo in Tulsa. This is from that promotion.
Just don't understand why there aren't simple give aways anymore.. you have to work for it.. LOL!
I have received several calls from this number and have not answered. They have not left a message. It is in Louisiana. I started receiving these calls after I went to the Tulsa Womens show last weekend. I signed up to win a car. I asked if I'd be receiving calls trying to get me to purchase something. They assured me I wouldn't. Uh huh
I have gotten three calls from this number...I answered once and they hung up the second I answered...I've tried to call back and it is a fax machine...??? I want the calls to stop! Not sure what to do.
Ok, I was starting to get these calls now for the past 4 days. I entered into to win a Cady at the Tulsa Golf Expo two weeks ago. I also have tried to call them back and get a fax machine. Weird.
Received a call from this number today. Said it was in reference to an entry to win a corvette, that my husband entered at a mall here in okla during Christmas. When I transferred the call to him, they hung up. Called back and got a fax machine or a busy signal. Since they told me the entry form was done at Journey's in the mall, I called the corporate offices of Journeys and they are following up on it. Hopefully, something can be done about entries like this being accessed by companies like this coming our of the New Orleans area. Just my thoughts.
