As most of the people receiving unwanted calls from your spoofed number will likely call you back before looking up the number (if they look it up at all) you should try Slim's suggestions. At the very least, record a message informing callers your number has been spoofed and you aren't calling them.

You really do not understand, do you?
AT&T can see the numbers of the people who call you, but they cannot easily see the unmasked number of the scammer that called those people!
The people who call you are not the perpetrators of the scam.
OH ... please tell us how AT&T Parental Controls ... software to install on a computer to block kids from accessing inappropriate websites ... can detect the "real number" of somebody calling the innocent third party and faking your phone number so that irate third party calls you.
I was simply trying to stop people from calling me. If you don't know me, I'm not calling you!!!!
And you're right, I don't understand. Turns out, none of the IT professionals who examined the diagnostics get it either. But that really is entirely irrelevant.
