This number continually calls my cell and leaves no message, sometimes 3-5 times per day.  If I answer, there's no one on the other end and if I don't answer there's no message.
I updated the no call registery and the calls stopped for a couple weeks but as soon as I upgraded my phone the calls started again (even though I have the same phone number).
