I didn't answer it was not a familiar number. After checking here, it is as suspected another POS telemarketer calling a national do not call number.

Called and hung up.  It's bad enough that I have to turn my ringers off on my home photo and now these idiots are calling me on my cell phone.  They are blocked now.  Caller id says call was from New Orleans, LA
