wow these people called me threatning me about court charges and i will be served i have a warrant for my appearance in court,,,they also stated i will be served at my work!!!!!!!!!! reallly,i hu i called my attorney and the AG ,,,,,UNREAL
they call wanting to verify my address..if they know so much, why don't they have it. they threaten to arrest me, same people, different numbers have been threatening this for 3 yrs. they are the pit of the earth. let's start a class action lawsuit against hte phone companies whose numbers they belong to.
Yes, they called me also, it just started a few days ago, I have no idea who they are and I really do not care, but, I know all of my records are fine, But, for those people who think this is real, check with your lawyer in your state, as well as fill a formal complaint with your state AG, NO illegal actions can be taken to your place of work, nor can they call you at work, Please check with the Consumer Rights Act. So, if they threaten you about going to your place of employment, you know it is a scam. Do not answer or reply. and By all means DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU.
saying i have fraudulent activity using my SS # and i will be served at work and or my home if i don't call back - i'm so tired of theses companies wasting my time - im ready to file lawsuit these scams have got to stop
