I keep receiving calls from this number. They don't let it ring long enough for me to get to the phone. When I try to call back, there is no ring, an answer, followed by a hang up. Appears to be an outbound only number or is being spoofed.

I received a call from this number this morning. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize so I let it ring. No message was left. After some research, I found this number associated with John H. Haines (Haines Construction) of Alto NM. I don't know why they'd be calling me or why they wouldn't leave a message. Maybe simply a wrong number.
