This number called my prepaid unlisted cell number.  I didn't answer, had a hunch it was a scammer.  There aren't any complaints here yet, but interestingly, when I tried to return the call from my home phone since there is no documentation here yet, I got a rapid busy. So whatever it is, it isn't a private citizen, a real person, calling.  It's either going to be a scam spoofed number, or even political.  Rapid busies usually imply out of order numbers or spoofed numbers, or calls from a boilerplate room.
