Got a phone call from 5053483271.  A computer generated program called from this number asking to speak to me.  Then said if I was this person to press 1, then I got complete silence.  Have been trying to find out who called and why I was called but no luck so far.  Is this a scam and how to they use the information just by me press 1 on the phone.
